Highlight In the original design rise and tread were designed as separate elements, to reduce the number of joints and to speed up the erection process alternate design was suggested by us to make two rise and tread together as one piece. Our design was accepted and we supplied the gallery steps within a short duration of 45days and the same was erected within the stipulated time before the world cup match

2. LANSON TOYOTA SHOWROOM

HighlightAdditional space of 10,000 sqft for the existing building was done using precast. With very little space for crane movement keeping the existing building erection was successfully carried out.

Precast Work265 mm Hollow Core Slabs of 8m long used as roof slabs, precast RCC columns, Pre tensioned beams, precast staircast and some precast walls for stability

3. TEN SQUARE MALL - COMMERCIAL BUILDING

Duration Completed cast in place foundation in 4 months and precast erection in 4 months

HighlightThe area was a low lying area and dewatering was a herculean task after heavy rains. Precast elements were cast during foundation works and kept ready for erection. While erection in a side of the building there was no space for crane movements. Overcoming difficulties the project was completed in a short span of eight months.

Precast Elements265 mm Hollow Core Slabs of 10m long used as roof slabs, precast RCC columns, Pre tensioned beams of 12m long, precast staircase and some precast walls for stability.

4. CHENNAI SILKS SHOWROOM

Duration Completed cast in place foundation in 4 months and precast erection in 4 months

HighlightNo setbacks on the sides were available for placing the cranes in the entire stretch of 100m long building. Precast elements were erected from behind and marched forward. With only 1 crane the entire precast was erected in a short span of 5 months. 10000Mt of precast elements were transported from factory to site. (700km)

Precast ElementsAll elements except the foundation were in precast. 265mm Hollow Core Slabs as roof elements, Precast Sandwich Wall Panels for thermal insulation for all external walls, Precast lift core walls, Precast staircase, Precast RCC columns and Precast pre-tensioned beams.
